FAQ
Do you have a booking fee?
Yes, I have a non refundable $100 booking fee, which comes off your total balance. Your total balance is due upon delivery of your gallery.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I live in South Auckland and will travel within a 30 mile radius, after that I do charge a small travel fee.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 4 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them and
choose your favorites.
Can you help me choose what to wear?
Yes, great photos begin with planning. I'm more than happy to help you work with what you already have, send me pictures of what your thinking of wearing and we will go from there.
Can I reschedule ?
Yes, I need at least 48 hours notice.
What happens if its raining on the day ?
I can offer an indoor alternative. Or we can reschedule.
Do you have payment plans ?
Yes, if you would like longer to pay your final balance that can be arranged. We can arrange a payment plan, you will receive your gallery after final payment.
